After School Programs Available


An after school program (After School Education and Safety Program) is available to students who attend all elementary and middle schools in the Fontana Unified School District.

The program offers academic assistance, that may include tutoring, and/or homework support in core subjects such as language arts, mathematics, history, social science, science, and computer training.  The assistance program is aligned to California's academic standards and supports curriculum taught during the regular school day.

In addition, the program offers:

  • Educational enrichment activities, such as recreation, the arts, science, physical fitness, careers, health, and safety
  • A nutritious snack

The program begins immediately after the regular school day and runs until at least 6:00 p.m.
